Sounding really good :) you see after years of Ganzi in strong bits because a trainer put her in a pessoa on hard setting when she was four and ran off with him, now its time to say, lets try something else, after three years unridden, lets start over, kiri too, if we cant stop its not a bit that will make the difference, not in any way i'd be peoud of, and if our steerings crap then I need to work on myself big time.

:thumbup: Start on the ground, always. Once you show them what you want them to do they can be incredibly responsive and light. Have you still got that old sidepull of Sky's?

I hate rope reins they just feel so lumpy and I can't imagine getting the finesse I want with them- my leather reins are the thinest possible too and very flexible.

Tess it's like I said on your post- teach the reaction you want- it is only about education and that is a 50/50 horse human education.
