Yup, that vid was posted on HT and I remember a few people had a go at it.

I'm sure there must be a yoga class near you if you've got time. It does make you feel amazing :-D

I don't do any particular stretches or anything just before I ride but I do a few yoga poses and exercises a few days a week. When I first start riding round I do warm myself up a little stretching my legs down and lifting them out, I also work my shoulders a little too because I always carry tension in my shoulders, not just when I am riding.

I have never heard of 'the horse' in yoga Sarah, Will have to google that one.

I don't do anything :oops: ......apart from regular poo picking and carrying hay and bidons of water every day.
