:agree: I have the same interdiction in this house on discussing "what are you/we doing for C/NY" before next week :twisted: and no mentioning the C word before 1 Dec.

Seems to be getting earlier in France, sadly; the lights are up in the village already, they never used to do it until the week before :shutup:

just finished chainsawing up all the old boards in my bedroom - now I have to clear up the mess :rofl: :rofl: then I might be able to sleep in there again .....

in the meantime I am sleeping in the pigeonnier - its wonderful :thumbup: :thumbup:

Hope Lucy is OK Sheila - shout if you need me to come over ...
