I can do the 20 seconds ....just.... so rather than over stress my chest muscles I am going to stay at 20 secs for a few days until it becomes easier then build up gradually .....

Well done ladies :hurray: I actually managed 20 secs and even with Patrick telling me to lower by derriere to be straight! Think I'll do the same as you Jennie, 45 secs sounds way too long yet

8-) I can do 60 seconds without trying too hard.
Yay for yoga.
But TBH my back is still pretty buggered

You forget my trade Sarah, I have spent 30 years wielding a 12 inch roller for 8 hours a day five days a week, my core should be good, sadly now as I don't paint full time things have slipped  when I was in my 20's I almost had a six pack

Would like to get two mins though

Blimey, I have never come close to a 6 pack. It might be there but it is hidden underneath my belly fat! I'm sure you'll get to 2 minutes.

First go and I managed 70 secs, surely I can't be doing it right :hmmm:

:notworthy: to those of you who are doing over a minute already!! Lydia and I did 25 secs this morning, how many reps should we be doing? I'm trying to do 3 times during the day. My back is really long and I find it really unstable when my bum is really low but it's better than I've done in the past
