Shame for Tom, but some great diving on show. Can't believe we've got more medals this time than in London! Still second in the medal table!

owyn has decided she wants to take up the sport....not sure whether we want her learning to kick people in the head

I'm quite glad it's now all over, had enough sport for a while.

Saw a bit of the Rhythmic Gymnastics yesterday, not my cup of tea but that sure must take years of practice as a time to get that good and I finished on the mountain bikes, what a course, not that I ever have any intention of trying it :lol:

A couple of weeks rest then the Para-Olympic are on :thumbup:
