:lol: jennie! ifound them on amazon this first time, the ashwa is by organic india and the maca by royal green superfoods but! last night my sis messaged me with this site called nua naturals and they have both in powder rather than powder put in capsules, alot more economic, so i will go this way next time! sarah C uses maca powder too and might have a good supplier?
I'm feeling better each day Jennie, and I've had lots to cope with this last week (again...) it'sthe first time in ages that I feel positive. If it is the sups working then :thumbup: good luck Jennie :hug:

i started being a bit strange :lol: at about 47, it intensified gradually, i'm 52 now, I 've missed almost three periods, have taken my maca and ashwa and feel better than I have for years :hurray:
stepped up my hormone rich and hormone balancing nutrition, zinc rich, trying to help myself, estrogen is stored in fat for awhile after menopause but as I don't have much fat :roll:
