so is the whole family following the vegan diet?

Er, no! Although Éowyn has now decided that she only wants to eat fish, so when Candy and I make shepherd's pie later we'll have it all to ourselves......we are eating a lot less meat these days on the whole though.

 no us too...well I never did but Patrick will only occasionally eat chicken now and no red meat. Makes it easier as we pretty much eat the same.

It's so much easier of the whole family eat the same way. I had years of juggling! Now we still don't quite eat all the same because I prefer having mainly veggies whereas everyone else likes a load of pasta and bread, but we're pretty much on the same page.
