Silly busy with changeovers, laundry and cleaning gîtes here too, also our internet is the pits, probably heavily overloaded and soooo slow  even on the PC, and hopeless on the ipad. Luckily I can get FB on the phone   Only another week of mid-summer mayhem, but we are enjoying the night markets and other meals and events, pity they all stop on 1 September

Good that you're busy though Sheila but hope you'll get more time for yourself soon. I'm resigned to busy summers and quieter winters- goes with the job although right now it feels more autumnal than summer!

Our gites are busy till Oct but the B&B seems to be having a quite from the 20 to 26 for some reason, mind you a bit of a break will be good, we had gites guest arrive at 10am this morning demanding the key and they had been told by e-mail twice that they where not allowed access till 4pm :banghead:  the previous guests don't need to be out till 11am, they wouldn't take no even Cliff had to get shirty with them, so there will be a bad review coming

On the upside Liz is here next week, she is staying with friends but will be up to play horses :-D :-D and Nicky is going be here too :wine:

We haven't had too much of a summer, so much rain! Really hope we don't get soaked at archery camp next week

More achery today then off to photograph the summer show at Tumpy Green tomorrow, weather looking iffy though :?
