:cheerleader: M-E!

Only just seen Helen's fab photos from Northumberland in October, wow great images

Heavy frost this morning so defrosted freezer, I put the contents in the wheelbarrow behind the house then they are still frozen when they go back in the clean freezer later  it didn't get done last year as there was never a cold enough morning  Found we have a backlog of chevreuil from the chasse, 3 gigots and 2 shoulders, plus bags of odd bits, oldest gigot is 2015  I think a large civet is in order!

Gosg nobody twittered on a Tuesday since Jan!

Hope everyone had that gorgeous weekend weather- not really expected for us but glad of some :sun:
Some shooting, :cowboy: , :wine: at the pub, gardening and all the usual bank hols stuff including work...but then work never feels like work because I love it.

Lucky you Trudi re. work  Easter Monday was beautiful but Tues and Wed we have the tail end of the mistral, don't like to think what that is like elsewhere but unless you are in a sheltered sunny corner it is freezing despite the :sun:

Don't suppose anyone has any contacts in this area who might be interested in transporting a horse for us? Need to get Nic's new pony down here from Malvern......

Is it Tuesday? I have lost track... Our Romanian party is over, they all left this morning, it was a houseful, 9 visitors, it had been fun but hectic. Huge amount of bottles and empties to be taken to the bins  They had perfect weather, for round the pool, and a bit of lazy sightseeing.
Not had much time with the horses, and tomorrow I pick up my friend and visiting instructor Jo Bates who is coming for a week and will be giving me some private lessons, as she did last year, hope to progress our liberty as well as groundwork and riding.
Today is heavy and horrid hot, might have to get up early for my lessons if it continues
