Had best morning yet yesterday :thumbup: went for scan......nothing! Which is :hurray: and :thumbdown: because after I ate last night the pains came back with a vengence :banghead: will have to wait for the specialist to call me but for now it's back on the mind bending tablets and try to eat and get strength back, bummer really.

Good that the scan didnt find anything bad but not good that you are still in pain Trudi :thumbdown: :thumbdown: I hope they get to the bottom of it quickly and that you dont have to wait too long to see the specialist ...

How weird, that is classic gallbladder symptoms. Did they check for a hiatus hernia?

Best day yet today and feeling almost back to normal, just feel very tired but hardly surprising. I must say for the second time since we've been back I've been thoroughly impressed by the NHS. The 111 service worked well and the doctor I went to was very thorough as were the hospital; I guess it may just depend where you live but certainly can't fault it from my position.
