Maybe its about time the police stopped using horses for anything other than ceremonial duties ... I just dont think that's its fair to subject any animal to this sort of abuse :thumbdown: :thumbdown:

I'd be more concerned about how the poor buggers are kept, don't suppose they get much chance to just be horses......our police forces could take some lessons from the guys in Houston.
